RED is an INCUBATOR of IDEAS and, they are a small team of EXPERIENCE DESIGNERS. RED is a team that personalise and customise growth for companies. They're designing and developing web and mobile apps for startups and enterprises, creating identities, suiting people for raising investments, helping with business development and marketing, investing in stock markets, cooking and distributing food, making sense of data, designing robots, publishing books, and even recruiting talent.

Brand Workshop Insights
The project started out with a workshop tailored to find key strategies to apply to the brand. We identified core target audiences, helped define the brand personality and collaborated on how to tackle the brand positioning.
Stylescape - We came up with the stylescape which conveyed the personality of the consultancy.

What would RED be like
We will forever be identified by our free, funny, witty appearance. At RED, we shake things up and refuse to be identified by a single trademark image.
RED is about experimenting, evolving, adapting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, having fun, and loving animals. Above all, RED is a child of BluOne India and a flagbearer of its values and impact.

We crafted the verbal personality of RED as its visual personality. It’s witty, young and dramatic.
The brand narrative is filled with emotion as if it’s speaking with its best friend!
RED's MTP
But what is a Massive Transformational Purpose (MTP)?
MTP is the aspiration and the core purpose of an organisation’s existence. It describes the change it wants to achieve while also recognising that it can’t be accomplished in the short term. E.g. Google (“Organise the world’s information”).
The whole team brainstormed on this and came up with the purpose that we felt was the core of RED's existence: Experiments for Exponential Growth.
Brand Logo
Logo and brand are constantly evolving, which reflects its ability to adapt and develop. It celebrates the passion for innovation and newness. However, a few characteristics will remain the same - as its name.
RED conveys emotion, and will never be ‘put-on’. A flicker of RED’s personality will always accompany any element it uses to help it form a connection with the viewer.
Iconography
The imagery that they use is not merely for advertising. It uses imagery to build emotion; it should live the life of RED. It is important that we always put the tinge of RED's personality in it and make it all RED's. It becomes an important element when connecting with people.

My time at RED
I worked with RED for almost 2 years. It was an epic journey. It gave me my first job where I learnt while having a lot of fun with amazing people.
